The Australian Retailers Association (ARA) is the peak body for retailers in Australia. Representing the industries views to media and government, the Association provides services and support to retailers, including small to medium enterprises and large national chains.

Retail Strategic Planning Workshop

This retail workshop covers the skills required for business owners and managers to analyse their current retail environment and develop improvement strategies to achieve sustained growth in their business. It involves gathering information from a wide variety of sources, analysing it and using it for strategic planning purposes. This involves setting objectives and targets both long and short term and developing action plans consistent with the stores overall aims and objectives.
