Retail Leadership & Human Resources Workshop

This retail workshop provides managers with the skills and knowledge required to effectively establish and manage effective workplace relations in accordance with workplace procedures. It involves developing and communicating team objectives and ideas, developing trust and delegating responsibility. The workshop investigates skills required to build and maintain networks, relationships and manage difficulties to achieve positive outcomes in the business, including how to consult with teams and actively supporting & mentoring team members to achieve goals and store plans/targets. The content examines leadership techniques that are linked to the strategies to required to identify opportunities for increased sales and service, and to evaluate, negotiate and implement changes consistent with the stores overall aims and objectives.
