Retail Buying & Financials Workshop

This retail workshop provides the skills to buy and range products effectively and plan the product offer in conjunction with your buying strategy. This also involves analysing the market, planning the product range and building supplier relationships while maximising profit and rationalising stock. In understanding these buying principles we then investigate the way this is interlocked with retail financial systems, business costs and budgeting to get the greatest return on investment.
