Daniel Kensey has been a Workplace Adviser with NSW Industrial Relations for the past 2 years. In his current role, Daniel facilitates workshops and seminars on various Industrial Relations and Human Resources topics to both employees and employers.

Prior to his current role, Daniel spent 5 years as an area organiser for an employee association.

Daniel worked for 7 years in client services and IT in both the public and private sector as well as the tertiary education sector.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Education.


Managing Employees Workshop

Managing staff is often the most difficult part of a business owner/manager’s job. This half day workshop will assist you in implementing good employment practices to deal with the challenges of keeping staff motivated and performing well. As well as providing you with information on the latest in human resource practice in these areas, attendees will be encouraged to discuss real-life situations that are affecting your workplace right now. Theworkshop aims to give you practical advice for resolving workplace issues.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: This workshop is relevant to anyone responsible for motivating and/or disciplining staff.
