Lisa Whitfield, CXC Global

Diana spoke very well. She was clear and confident in what she was saying and gave many examples which I found helpful. I mostly enjoyed the Self Values and qualities of myself that I don’t usually think about on an everyday basis. I will use the information from this program it to create more goals and objectives and plan things more structured. I will appreciate myself and my values more.

Leadership Skills for Business Success Workshop

To lead a business you must first be able to lead yourself

TBA 9.30am – 4.30pm

Developing your leadership skills is no longer an option, it is critical to business success

It is your personal effectiveness and individual drive and performance that will determine how successful your business can be. Leaders are aware of the skills that they do have and more importantly, the skills they do not have.

Great leaders have a clear direction and the ability to focus others in that direction. They build effective workplace relationships that enable them to deal with the most difficult workplace issues. Most importantly, leaders learn from their mistakes and gain valuable knowledge from these experiences

Successful leaders focus their efforts on what matters and they know how to differentiate themselves in an over- crowded marketplace.

This Leadership workshop is suitable for Self-Managers and people who Manage Others, and is based on the proven strategies of successful businesses that know the value of developing human capital. Strong businesses are built by people who have the right attitude, character and interpersonal skills to run the business.

Pivotal Leadership Skills Include:

  • Understanding how behaviours influence business success
  • Having a clear direction and being able to differentiate yourself
  • Aligning yourself and others to the direction and goals of the business
  • Managing difficult conversations and dealing with workplace personalities

Workshop content Includes:

Personal Leadership Skills

  • What is a leader?
  • Good and bad leaders
  • Eight qualities of good leaders
  • Australian Entrepreneurs, how did they get there?
  • What personal skills must leaders have?
