Rod Wong-Pan
Rod's implementation of ISO Quality systems, Total Quality Management, HACCP, and Lean Manufacturing programs has contributed to his receiving recognition in the 1985 Australian National Energy Management Awards (Industry Finalist), 1988 National Energy Management Commendations, and the 2000 Air Liquide International Winning Award for Innovation.
I must say that he is somewhat of a miracle worker. His attention to detail is over the moon, he is quick, punctual,and a serious asset to anyone smart enough to take him on. I have no idea what he currently charges for his plans but one thing is for sure...you will pay 20 times more in lost time by going solo. Worth his weight in gold. Rod has been such an asset to us that we have unanimously decided to insure that our company and Rod enjoy an extremely long and profitable relationship.

A business plan is an essential roadmap for small business to navigate to successful personal and business growth destinations. In the workshop Rod Wong-Pan will explain the purposes of a business plan, basic structure and importance for the business owner and employees.
Spend the day with Rod as he shows you a totally new concept in Business Planning. A Visual Business Plan is document containing all the relevant information found in a formal business plan but is summarised in pictorial and bullet form for brevity and clarity.
