A business plan is an essential roadmap for small business to navigate to successful personal and business growth destinations. In the workshop Rod Wong-Pan will explain the purposes of a business plan, basic structure and importance for the business owner and employees.
Spend the day with Rod as he shows you a totally new concept in Business Planning. A Visual Business Plan is document containing all the relevant information found in a formal business plan but is summarised in pictorial and bullet form for brevity and clarity.
