When marketing plans are too long - they often sit on a shelf and are never executed. In smaller businesses a good marketing plan can be brief and listed on one or two pages. For a marketing plan to be effective a solid understanding of target markets and marketing goals is required. During the session we will discuss how to determine your target market, marketing goals and budget. Taking the time to document these key elements will ensure an effective plan is developed, objectives met and plan execution occurs.

Without a good marketing plan a business will not meet its full potential.
