His 22+ years of Sales experience are underpinned by over 5 years of researching and coaching sales excellence. He combines this experience and deep insights with humour and delivers a clear and practical message which has helped many sales people transform themselves beyond their expectations.
As well as the Institute of Executive Coaching and high profile sales improvement organisations such as Imparta, Thomas also works closely with the Sales Executive Council, a Washington based organisation which perform quantitative analysis, surveying tens of thousands of reps and managers each year to understand the drivers of top performance.

Thomas will also discuss understanding the key attributes to high performance individuals and how to use them to improve your business. By re-focussing on questioning skills (a new way to look at what we “obviously” know), we can then take ownership of improving the skills needed to be a better version of ‘us’ and these new skills will be able to be applied straight away!
